I think if i could just sleep reular hours i wouldn't want to eat late night!


Question: I do exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet, but my sleeping pattern is just off real bad and then i get cravings for carbs. any suggestions or insites would be great... thanks in advance.

yeah i think it would help. if u get a craving for carbs try something low GI.

after about 4 or 5 pm cut out the coffee or have a cup of camomile tea before u crash...if u drink it.
to help for sleep put a few drops of lavender oil on a tissue and slip it under the corner of ur pillowcase
also when do u exersise? it messes up ur sleeping patten if u do it to close to when u go to bed

we need at least a good 8 hours of sleep every night. this plays a huge factor in maintaining our weight (i recall this from my presentation i had to do on sleep deprivation and its effects on our weight).
many times drinking a glass of water or a glass of milk before going to bed helps as well!
