Need serious help losing weight!?!


Question: Okay, i'm about 5'4, weigh 177 pounds, and i'm 13. I don't now if I eat healthy, but I certainly don't eat unhealthy. I eat a hotpocket or cereal for breakfast, I drink at least 4 of those big gatorade bottles a day(filled with normal water not gatorade) for lunch I get Lowfat milk, apple juice, chicken(but i'm planning on switching to salads and wraps and stuff like that) and an apple or bannana. Of course, dinner varies, but it's normally nothing fatty. I never drink soda or eat sweets(i don't like sweet foods) and I lift weights 4 times every week(10 pounds). I jog occasionally at school, and do situps. Yet i'm not losing anyway weight! I just want to get rid of my big tummy, man boobs,and love handles. I can't ever excersise too excessivly though, because I have really bad ashtma. So, I try to do lighter exercises like running in place, jumping jacks, sit ups, crunches, etc. Is there anything i'm doing wrong? Anything you suggest?

breakfast: bowl of oatmeal or healthy cereal with milk-skim and a piece of fruit like banana
snack: granola bars like nature vally
lunch: turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with no mayo or cheese...carrot sticks
snakc: appple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
dinner: 6 ounces of broiled fish or chicken..1 scoop brwon rice and steamed veggies
snack: low fat yogurt or pudding cup


consult ure doctor for more info..just eat smaller portions..absolutely no soda..less fast food and junk foods...exercise!!...good luck!

keep tryin; keep prayin; keep drinking water; find a doctor who will give you meds to do areobics and hang in there; you are still young....something will work!

in order to keep ur weigth down u have to keep ur bowl's open all the time i mean go to the restroom at least 3 to 4 times a day but 3 is better. and a good way of doing this is to eat some cherries everyday , they help out a lot with this and it is safer this way too instead of using laxative which can mess up ur insides in a major way and be patient if u do any thing els
