Do skateboards workout legs evenly?!

Question: Like everything else if you keep it even it should be even.
If you only practiced one direction turns and spins I would guess it could cause one leg to be stronger.

Dont worry you don't have a muscle problem. You just used your muscles alot and gave them a really good work out. Example it is like working out and tearing your muscle when you lift weights. You get the same kind of soreness. The kool thing is that is how you build up muscle and they will get bigger that way. In long run it makes you stronger and then you can skate longer and harder and not hurt as bad the next time you do it. So in short you are just building muscle and putting them to good work, Give it some time the pain will go away and you will back at it here soon. The more you hurt like that the bigger your muscles will get.

Skateboarding is working out the legs. My sons have been doing it for so many years now. As they grew their legs went through growing pains. To me that is just working the muscle. My oldest now has very tone and powerful legs. My youngest has tone strong legs, he is 15 years old and I do see his legs changing like his older brother as time goes by.
