How to ran fast?!

mmm...well i would just say to run as fast as you can and push yourself when you wanna stop...also another gr8 hint is when you put your arms bent by your armpit kinda pump your arma really really fast and that is how your legs will go!!!if you want more help my email is crazymonkey61696@hotmail.com

start running every day. maybe just start with a mile, then time yourself every couple of days and try to run faster to improve your time.
sprints or distance?
Sprints - squats, deadlifts, speed movements.
practicing your starts will improve explosiveness
If it is long distance, just run a mile or so everyday. For short distance, practice sprinting up a hill. Also, you want to work your leg muscles such as the calves and quads.
