If i ate JUST MEAT, how much weight could i lose in 1 month?!


Question: i'm female, 5'6, and 149 lbs

no red meats, just chicken, turkey, fish, and shrimp.

i would exercise 30 minutes a day as well on the elliptical.

u cant, u need to eat all the food groups, and burn it off through excercising....doesnt work only eating meat

probably around 10 pounds. A diet of meat isn't good for your heart though. Check out the arguments against the atkins diet on google.

dont you care that you would be vitamin deficient?

Eating only meat can cause other health issues.

Sorry eating meat alone is bad, need other vitamins and irons.. plus meat will put the weight on not off

with a small amount of isometrics and steak 3 times a day water 55 lbs in 3 months go from there. meat is protein it eats fat or carbs read Atkins diet.

If you went on the induction phase of the Atkins diet you could lose up to 15 pounds in 2 weeks. But all you can eat is meat, cheese, and eggs. And pork rinds, and sugar free candy and jello. It works for me. Cutting out carbs.

Protein only diets are very hard on your liver and kidneys. You are going to lose weight, but compared to a conventional diet 6 months down the road, the results will be the same.

An all-meat diet is not healthy.

If possible, consult a doctor or nutritionist on healthy ways to lose weight.

UGG!This would be very bad for you! It would be better to eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains, non fat dairy, and low fat protein like chicken breast trimmed of all fat or egg whites.
