How can i loose 17kg in 2 months?!


Question: I want to loose 17kg in 2 months.
please tell me what i need to do to do this and provide me with an egsample of a food and exercise planner.

If you're 5'7, you'll want to weigh a little more that 55kg girl!

Okay, sooo...food?

Sugary food keeps you very hungry!
So, in order to make yourself full so that you don't want to constantly eat crap, you need to get alot of protein!

I suggest:
Fruits
Vegetables
Yoghurts (MAX:2 small tubs day)
Nuts (are great for you)
Tofu (I'm vegetarian, and I love this stuff, it has almost no fat or carbs, and fills you up heaps!)
Lean meats
Eggs (poached, or fried but not in butter)
Cereal (HEALTHY NATURAL STUFF!)
Soy products (seriously, you can get soy chicken, yoghurt, milk, cheese...you name it - it has alot less fat)

Try to avoid:
Excessive amounts of pasta, potatoes and white bread.
ALL sugary drinks (studies have shown that kids who don't drink soda are on average 6kg lighter than kids who do)
Lollies
Ice cream
Chips
Fast food in general


My # 1 tricks?
Rice!!
ALWAYS have cooked rice in your refrigerator - it fills you up so much, and its easy to re heat! I come home from school and reheat a bowl and i'm not hungry till like 8 at night! BRILLIANT!

Water!!
Carry around a bottle of water, as stupid as it sounds....it really works! Every time you're tempted to have a bar of chockie or something that isn't good for you...this bottle will remind you to BACK OFF!


Drinking alot of water, helps with weight loss.

EXERCISE!
Anything helps man!
From a 20 minute walk to a 30 minute run as long as you're out the house its good :)
Jump roping is mad, considering you don't have to go out of your house to do it. 15 minutes on jump rope = 30 minute run.

Hey, no one is here to judge! I'm sure we all have our own reasons as to why we need to lose weight.

You can start by limiting your calorie intake to about 1300 per day. Also incorporate about 30 minutes of excercise daily (say you walk 15 minutes in the morning and 15 at night.. that's 30! So it's not that hard)

I learned in nutrition that you can have as many vegetables as you want and won't get fat. But make sure its raw or steamed only.. and nothing starchy.

Throw out ALL the junk food you have in your house right now. You may have cravings at first, but you'll get over it. Switch to fruits! Watermelon, grapefruit, strawberries, apples.. these are all good for you. Don't eat bananas though, those are really fattening.

it wont come off really quick. also remember muscle weighs more than fat. i've had a dr tell me i should lose weight and i've said where from? its all muscle.(i'm 5' exactly and am 60kg....BMI i'm supposed to be 58)

as it will keep u full for longer and if u have to snack go for fresh fruit or salad foods. skip the sugary stuff. excess sugar that isnt used gets turned into fat. if its not needed later it stays there. 30min of exersise a day will help. also with the foods....watch ur serving sizes closer. 1 cup of pasta is less than a ladle full. and 1/3 cup of rice is tiny 2.
