I was born thin and am thin now but I went through a time (14 -15 or so) when i became more rounded and fat faced. It didn't even last a year.

There are growth periods where you need more adipose tissue to grow you body (think of the reason for baby fat, though I was denied it for the most part).

The real question is, is your eating normal?

Are there fat or thin people in your family and do you resemble them?

You will end up looking similar to the person in your family (mom, dad, aunt etc) that you resemble most.

130 to 160 pounds is a healthy weight for you.

around 140 pounds. but if you're over/under don't stress! at 14 your body will still be making alot of changes. All you have to do is remember to eat healthy foods and make sure you're getting some excersise and absolutley nothing else matters! :)

You don't always need to go by the BMI. From my estimate your age, average is around 120-145. If you feel fat,go ona diet. If it's ll make you feel any better about a diet working, I have lost weight over a hundred pounds since middle school (i'm in college) when I weighed over 200.

That is your height and your weight. It matters if you are male or female too.

also, I am 5'11" and 190 lbs and it says I am over weight!
