Will this tone me up like Britney spears lol or burn me out?!


Question: the Britney spears was a joke lol but ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches, i haven't notice much, only that i lost 5 pounds and lost 1 inch off my waist.. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. Now i want to shock my body( because people say i should because your body gets used to the excersis) This is my schedule for next month
Monday: indoor cycling (morning)and ab class (evening)
Tuesday: bikini boot camp(evening)
Wednesday: Cycling morning and cardio kickboxing evening
Thursday: stability ball or day of rest ( evening)
Friday: cycling(morning)
Saturday: rest
Sunday out door soccer.(morning)
Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer.
Anyways any tips will help...and is this working the whole body especially the stomach? THANKS!!

To 'shock' your body, you don't need to do MORE exercise, just DIFFERENT exercise. So you could switch to a different intensity on the bike (alternating between speeds, each for a minute, is specially good), or try swimming or running instead. So yes, your new plan will 'shock' your body. But be careful not to injure yourself if you're doing more than one class a day. If you start hurting, lower the intensity. The day of rest after kickboxing is a very good idea.

PS: losing 5lb and 1 inch in a month IS a lot. Well done. You should be proud of yourself. Be careful not to end up underweight. Check your ideal weight at nhlbisupport.com/bmi.

Yeah, your deff at a good weight hun! That sounds like a lil much, you shouldn't be trying to really lose anything....ohh and that whole britney spears then, she used to be really awesome and toned up. Look at her old music videos lol.
