Question: If I eat after 8:00 everything I eat will be stored into fat?
It is possible to gain weight from excerising because muscles weigh more than fats?

There's a belief that eating late will make you fat. It does make Americans fat. It does not make Europeans fat, many of whom eat late, stroll at night, stay out until 2Am routinely --ever been to Barcelona?

As for the second part of of your question, yes, you do gain weight from doing weight bearing exercise. Some weight. Since muscle is denser than fat. But here's the good news. Muscles burn 8 times more calories than fat. That's why, after you add a few pounds of muscle, that fat seems to melt away.

not really.... if you exercise a lot your body is building muscle while u are sleeping. so eat when you are hungry.... i wake up every night because of being hungry
and yes you can gain weight with muscle and it makes your bod your look better than skinny girls with no muscle tone.
