How can i get noticeable abs?!


Question: Hello. i am about 5 foot 7, 125 pounds and i have been going to a gym, and i cant seem to get the abs that i want. my abs are noticeable when i flex them, but i want them to be noticeable just because im not wearing a shirt. im pretty sure its because of the fat that is covering them, and id like to know if anyone has had the same problem and could tell me how it can be worked on. i dont want to lose weight because im already light compared to my friends, but id like to just get rid of the belly fat or something like that. thanks.

Run and keep running, if you are as light as what you say it is probably just a little fat covering your abs. You can also work your abs using a medicine ball or a different aid and they will get bigger and stronger....

You need to keep working out your body in general. It's a myth that you can buy an ab lounger, or some sort of other gimmick marketing device that targets your ab -- no such thing.

Just keep running, keep lifting weights. If you have no fat, then what you need to do is tone -- lift.

Might sound a lil over the top, but 200 situps, and 100 crunches every other day you should notice a difference in 35 days. Good Luck!
