What should i do?? plzz help :(?!


Question: ive been trying to loose weight im 14 about 5'3 & 110
i been working out this past week each morning and buring about 100 calories but i tjust truns into musecle that makes my legs even bigger. ive been cutting my calories and eating less than i usually but thee hasnt been the slightess change.
but today i gave in and ate like 4 cinnamin rolls & some suages biscuts ive been thinking about taking a trip to the bathroom and puking it up but i dont have the guts to do it. ik ik its bad fer u to do tht but its a one time thing idk what to do i need help :(

First of all, you don't need to lose weight, I'm sure you are just so cute! Secondly, working out for only a week, cutting back for only a week is hardly even getting started! Cut yourself some slack, try to not be so hard on yourself. You are at a great weight, and you haven't been dieting and exercising very long.
My guess would be, that you ate the sweets because you were discouraged and hungry too? I am curious to know what you eat during the day?
Don't be discouraged, keep on keepin on. Eat a breakfast (a healthy one) lunch and dinner. Have a healthy snack inbetween them too, fruits, veggies, yogurts with healthy cold cereal in them, etc. Stay away from fast foods, these put weight on like crazy, as well as sweets. Try to have sweets only one day a week. Consider that your sweet day, the rolls you just ate, and just get back to it!
What kind of work out are you doing? When the leg muscles are worked properly, they will change shape, and a great shape they turn into! When the legs are worked, and the diet is good, the fat disappears and the legs take the shape of a nice muscle tone.
I could go on and on, but the main thing I want to say to you is this: Your weight is not out of control for your height. You are being too hard on yourself, are you comparing yourself to someone? Don't! It's normal that you don't know how to diet and do this kind of thing, you're too young to have learned it yet! It'll be ok...............

look girl you dont need to lose any weight and yeah throwing but after you eat is bad i could imagen that you have a nice slim bbody and you are perfect for your height and also you weight is great girl just stay how u r u dont need to lose any weight

YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO DIET!

and dont throw up! sure now its a one time thing.....then the next time you get a little hungry its only the second time...and then the third....and soon its EVERYDAY!

you arent fat! but if you want to lost a little bit of weight.....my sis went on this diet that you only eat 1500 calories a day..she lost a couple of pounds in a couple of weeks!

plz dont make yourself throw up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT EVEN DARE!To throw up ,all you need to do is stop working out if you want to look thinner personally i would keep working out cuz pretty soon your muscles will stop growing and youll look thinner
