What is the best way to lose arm fat?!


Question: I have been naturally in really good shape my whole life. Lately though my metabolism has started to slow, since I am going towards my 20s. I want to establish a good workout routine that I can keep and build on for the rest of my life. I gain weight really evenly throughout my body. However, since I use my arms the least in my daily activities they become weak and the fat shows up on the the most. What are some really great excerices to make them thin and nice looking? Not too muscular though. I am an hour-glass shape by the way, however I do lie a little on the athletic side too. Also, I have pretty large breasts(be mature lol) and would like to keep them a nice size, how do I work out without totally getting rid of them?

You could try some posture exercises such as Yoga or Pilates. They will help you tone up and not build muscles mass. Also, some cadio will benefit you as well.
