Question: I started taking slimquick yesterday .... on the box it says "do not take within 5 hours of sleep "
i dont understand wht does it mean and y does it says so ?

It means you should not take Slimquick 5 hours before you go to bed. If you go to bed at 10PM you should not take it after 5PM or else you may have trouble sleeping due to the caffeine.

Wouldn't you rather eat healthy foods and exercise? Pills like that can elevate your heart rate and blood pressure. Remember all those women who had heart attacks? Some died. Those experiences don't really affect you, huh?
probably contains a stimulant that will keep you awake.
that crap is liable to kill you. best to take a natural diet. you would even feel much better.
