What is healthy and has decent amount of calories?!
Question: Alright...so I eat junk and I go WAY over on calories. But when I eat healthy, I can't get enough calories to avoid "starvation mode" without stuffing myself.
Anything that is simple to make, healthy, and has lots of calories?

PEANUTBUTTER!!!! It's full of fat.. but good fat. It's really food for you...makes you build muscles..and it taste WONDERFUL!! Oh.. and other type of nuts! :)
About 1200 if you are trying to lose weight.
