calm down, we know how you feel and you have to believe me that you did not binge bad at all. heck the other day i ate ice cream until i couldnt breathe, but i just burned it off over the next couple of days. The best thing you can do is not beat yourself up. stop eating right now and start over in the morning. you will not gain any fat from what you ate bc it takes longterm diet changes to do that but you did slightly pause the fatburning process prob, if you get right back on your diet first thing in the morning, it will be like it never happened and youll be back to droping pounds in no time

THATS NOT A DIET! EAT HEALTHY FOODS AND EXCERSIZE!

don't do anything about it, all of that food should pass through you in a day or two as your body won't be able to process it all at once, it will take two days to get back to where you were but your metabolism should be high and good cause of it... you can however exercise more than normal

well since your on a diet thats not too great. but after your stomach settles do as any sit ups you can and maybe some step-ups. it should make u feel better

Exercise like crazy to lose all the extra calories and don't eat much for a day or so.

Go back on your diet and think about what you could have done to stop this binge earlier or prevent it altogether so it is less likely to happen in the future. Try to view it as a way to be helpful to you rather than a failure. Like what can you learn from it--do you need to try to keep tempting food out of the house (I do!), did you not eat enough and just got very hungry (a big predictor of binges), etc etc.

Good luck with your diet!

Sounds like you need to quit smoking pot and getting the munchies if you are serious about being on a diet

Just accept that you overate a little, pull yourself up by your bootstraps and get back to it. One day of being bad isn't going to set you back forever unless you let it.
