Did packing job at a meatworks lost 12 lbs in 3 - 4 weeks.

I was pudgy so I stopped eating potato chips and cookies and soda, then I did some push-ups and crunches.
Bam I'm sexy now.

i worked out 5 times a week, ate 6 small meals a day, cut out bad fats and simple sugars, sacrificed coke and sugary products and anything with high sodium.

Got depressed and didn't eat. Lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

Summer of 2004 when I weighed in at 255lbs I did the 12 week Body for Life challenge. I stopped drinking soda and junk food (except for the rare indulgent on my day off). I planned my meals for the week and went the the gym 6 days a week and by the end of the program I had lost 40lbs of fat and gained a bunch of muscle. I continued with my lifestyle and today at am a healthy 180lbs.

The thing I love about the Body for Life program is that it's not a crash diet. Instead it teaches you to change the way you eat all the time. You don't have to go crazy restricting yourself but it teaches you to make much healthier choices.
