That is one heck of an achievable goal. I placed a link below to a website that has some good info for ya. Outside of that I would run for about 10 to 15 minutes a day. As a matter of fact, I would just run for 5 minutes starting out so you can start to build consistency.

I know it sucks but girls are supposed to have more fat then boys. I know I hate it too but girls are supposed to have that belly fat. However if you insist on loosing weight My dad (he's a doctor) told me that milk is part of a healthy weight loss plan. (Skim milk would be the best for that though.)

what i've been doing for a week is running for 5 minutes on the treadmill, then speed walking at an incline for 30, then running 5 more, then cooling off walking for 5.
also ive cut out sugar, and limited my fat intake.
also always have a bottle of water with you,
drink it when u feel the need to snack.
its ok if u binge, i also crept downstairs at night
and took a slice of pizza,i felt so gross after
i ended up working out after.
