Is running 6 miles everyday bad for you?!

No it's not bad!! You probably would love about 3 to 5 pounds...as long as you aren't over eating. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by doing what you are doing. :)

of course its good for you... but you should give you body a day or two of rest

yes it is bad for you to do it every day. if you can even "run" 6 miles i would deffinately limit it to 2 or 3 times per week, im sure you will be too sore to do it day after day. you will prob get better results by doing 30-40 minutes of eliptical machine training 4-5 times per week. you can do it more times because its low impact cardio. i do alot of running and trust me, 6 miles is too much, start at 2 miles a couple times per week, if your legs are sore then take a day off, or 2 until their not so sore. your calves will thank you
