How much water?!

It depends how active you are. If you're taking in more water than your body is processing out, that's not a good thing.

To much water can strain your kidneys because they're working overtime to get rid of excess fluids that your body doesn't need. If you're dehydrated you'll know because your urine will be a dark shade of yellow. If you're drinking to much water then you'll litterally be pissing water.

Use as needed :)

no at all, you should drink that much. I am very active and workout 6 days a week and I drink 6L a day. depending on how active you are. but 2L is definently ok.

2 liters are enough ....

It depends how much more you drink, and how active you are. If you are athletic or involved in activities that make you sweat a lot, you might need more water to stay hydrated. I would stay around 2, not go over three.

the healthnuts out there claim you should drink a gallon a day. i dont think i can do it though.
