How much weight can i lose if i only eat fruit, veg & water for 2-3 days ??!

if you drink ALOT of water i mean soo much until you dont wanna drink anymore you will loose alot of weight just dont eat any bread and if you only drink water especially when your really hungry then it will make you feel better and do something that keeps your mind off food you can loose up to 5 pounds in 2-3 but it depends how your body works

You probably couldn't lose more than 5 lbs, but such a crappy diet will slow down your metabolism resulting in you gaining all the weight and more back. That's why crash diets don't work.

If you want to lose weight you have to do it right if you want lasting results. Eat healthier, work out. Thats the only correct way to do it if you want lasting results.

If there is no salt involved (on the veggies or in veg juice for example) you might lose up to 10 lbs water weight, and maybe 2 lbs fat weight for a 150 lb female.

it depends, fruit has alot of sugar, iceburg lettuce has no real benefits. make sure to eat lots of dark lettuce, and veggies stay away from carrots and super sweet fruit, dont eat fruit after 6pm and be sure to drink lots of water! you should try to get some protien alos like some tuna on a salad! you might lose a few pounds but most likley it will come back as soon as you start eatting normal foods again, also you should never cut out beneficial foods from ur diet its not healthy!!!! if you just follow the food pryamid correctly and get pleanty of recomended EXERCISE you will be healthy and lose weight and keep it off!!!

You can lose more if you cut out the fruit and replace it with cheese or meat because fruit has a lot of natual sugar..... so if you do a atkins kind of diet you can lose a pound or two a day .

I highly DONT recomend that you only eat fruits and veggies if u want to have a permanent weight lose. The quickest way to lose weight is to eat fruits, veggies, drink only water, eat low fat diary, healthy fat like olive oil, and whole grains, and lean protein. Make sure you excersize aswell. I like walking and pilates.

That's all? That's not enough! Don't starve yourself, the trick is to eat 3 of the main meals a day, then another 3 (small snacks), which will gradually make your metabolism faster.
