Can i loose 14kg in 16 weeks?!
Question: If i drink like 2L of water a day exercise for 30mins 3 times a week, play netball and eat only 1 piece of bread max. a day (might not even eat that!) lots of healthy foods, veggies, fruit, very small portions?

Yes definatly
certainly you can, but if it is only 3 times a week I could increase your time to about an hour.
You need carbs for activity- just make them complex.
i dunno if 2L of water is too much or not
drinking too much water can drown you on the inside and it has killed people before
just try to drink 8 glasses per day
