Your supposed to use the patch in conjunction with a healthy eating and exersise plan to really lose weight. Don't be put off by peoples negative comments about the patch. What works for one person may not work for you, and visa versa.
When it comes to losing weight it's never going to be easy anyway, but i hear this patch can make the process easier, by helping with changes in moods and cravings etc.
I hear it has helped people to 'motivate' themselves to lose weight, and i am about to try it myself as i know it has helped others.

I did the 6 day free trial, I felt like i lost 3pnds in the 1st 2 days. I dont think it was fat, more fluid I think. It doesnt stop you feeling hungry, it is just all psychological. If it really worked, everyone would be using it, they are just using their statements to get you interested, do the 6 day trail and then forget to cancel and get
