Getting a more built six pack and nice size biceps.?!

Question: I'm currently 17 years old. I'm about 6'0" and weight about 120-135. Since i'm very skinny it's always looked like I have a six pack (even though I don't work out). However, now i'm ready to work out and i'm looking to make my six pack a bit more visible and i'd also like to work on my biceps.

What's the best exercises for someone like myself to increase the visibility on my abs and increase the size of my biceps?

athome,

its going to be difficult to achieve both at the same time. You see, the body usually wants to go in one direction, either gaining weight or losing fat.
To see your abs better you need to lose more bodyfat. Notice I didn't say weight, I said fat.
To increase the size of your muscles you have eat more and lift heavy weights.
It would be my recommendation to 'bulk up' and watch your fat closely and then when you get the biceps you want, go on a fat loss phase.

Cheers

HGH

push ups or use dum bells and if u wana gain weight go to a GNC and get whey protein

Add weights, and eat lots of protein. Power lifting is the key.

stomach toning-crunches
biseps-puch ups

=]

curls for biceps, crunches for abs, also hanging leg raises.

go for the hiphop abs...
so cool...
i just did and the results are fulfilling...

Well my boyfriend is a kickboxer (my yahoo says im male but i just clicked the wrong one) and he's got a fab six pack and biceps. Do a lot of sit ups and crunches to get the abs working who knows you could develop an eight pack and yes you can get them. With bulking up your biceps DO NOT do low weights and lots of reps do the opposite THIS DOES NOT WORK!!!my boyf got bad advice from a so called body builder later found out this is the proper way: do heavy weights with low reps.

Also stay away from dairy products as much as you can but still have a glass of milk every now and then, eat alot of protein-but none of that protein shake stuff. Eat lots of salad. Just eat things that won't make you put on weight because then the percentage of body fat will decrease making you look more ripped. For example- Jet Li is ripped as- he is just 0.8% body fat

Don't get obsessed with getting ripped or you will prob turn to the roids.
