Yes, I took it in the past and lost about 60 pounds, with diet and exercise. Stopped taking it and gained about 20 pounds back due to no exercising and eating un-healthy. I have been on it for almost a month now this time and have lost about 12 pounds. Be careful when taking it though. It does have many side effects with it, usually they go away after a couple of days. I have never had a problem with it but I do know several people who just couldnt handle it. Phentermine is actually, well I compare it to speed. It is addicting, mentally and physically.

I haven't taken it myself, but my good friend has and she had to stop because it caused her heart to beat irregular. Her doctor made her stop takng it. It made her feel pretty lousy as soon as she took it the first time. You should really talk to your doctor about possible side effects before you take it. GOOD LUCK!!
