Did I eat healthy for my diet today?!


Question: for breakfast a had about 3 hard boiled eggs (just the white part)

Then for lunch I had a salad with 1 piece of chicken and some spinach

Later I had a banana for a snack

Then for dinner I had a turkey burger (with no bread cheese or ketchup) some salad with carrots and mixed veggies.

and for dessert I had 3 baby carrots


that sounds likes lot....did I do bad on my diet today?

Your breakfast isnt balanced. Instead for breakfast try a bowl of oatmeal w/ low fat milk. Your snak-- a bannana is great. Your lunch was good. Your dinner was pretty good, but instead have ketchup(its godd for you it has lycopene!) Also its cool to have a whole wheat bun w/ that turkey burger. You can have skim cheese as well. Your desserts good too. Overall it looks like ur doing GREAT! just work on the things i told u and also drink water, excersize, and eat 3 servings of low fat diary a day.

oh my heck! NO WAY!!!!!!!! thats is silly! thats like way less than i ate!!!!! ha ha

Not too bad, I guess.

that does not sound like a lot at all. it sounded healthy. don't obsess about it.
