If i burn 1000 calories a day and wanna lose 2lbs/week how many calories should !


Question: im going on a cruise in 5 weeks and need to lose atleast 10 lbs by then. for the last month or so ive been on weight watchers and that worked kinda. but the past week i've been eating 1000 cals and burning 1000 cals at the gym on the cardio machines but everyone is saying thats bad! i dont wanna hurt my body so any help/advice would be great!! thx.

p.s. im a 14 year old girl, i weigh around 120 lbs, and am a whole 4' 10'' haha.

Nice to hear your going on a cruise...
As part of weight-loss eating 1000 calories is fine, but i wouldnt burn an equal amount off. Eat 1000, burn 500. You will still see results. Eat regularly in small portions. I wouldnt recommend weight-watchers so much, just counting calories in enough!
