How should I do this?!


Question: I play tennis like, twice a week but
now the lessons are over *tear tear* and Im trying out at school.
I lost like, 3-5 lbs. just by playing
but then i gain it all back afterwards.
Im trying to lose more, not gain more with it.
What should I do?

Do anything physical like bike riding, fast walking, swimming, working out in a gym, playing a physical sport, and the list goes on.Find something that you think is fun to do. That way, you are more likely to stick with it. Even dancing is considered good excercise.
