I need to lose 10 pounds in 7 days please answer ASAP!?!


Question: Okay I have to lose at least ten pounds in seven days . At least that I don't care if I have to only eat one rice cake all week it is so important I don't care if its not healthy I just don't care it is really important and I don't care even if I have to go on the hollywood diet for 7 days I need help really answers please!!!!!!!!

girl while i know it sounds nasty you could totally do a colan clensing .... they have a few different ones for 7 days...hey its worth a shot lol ...good luck sista!

I don't know. You could go to a spa and have them do the wrap thing. My aunt did it and it worked but you only lose water so you'll gain it right back in a couple days and you'll be a little dehydrated.

lets be real for a second please. ok, first your body will only loose FAT at a natural rate (usually no more than 2lb per week) BUT there is a very good chance you could loose additional pounds due to water. you could very well loose 10lb in 7 days if you ate 1000 calories below your matainance calorie level. eating a "hollywood diet" of a rice cake a day is just retarted. if your not careful, you will put your body in starvaation mode where it will store everything you eat and stop burning fat. there is NO diet that can make you loose 10lb of pure fat in 1 week, let alone 5 or prob even 3. fat loss is a long term thing (weeks and months), and there are no quick fixes as i found out long ago
