i have the same problem, i cant gain weight. my doctor told me to try drinking ensure...its this shake that comes in a few different flavors, and ive gained a few pounds so far. its not the regular ensure i think its called ensure plus, and it tastes good too. also just work out, you will gain weight and muscle. good luck

eat more, exercise less.

Are you serious, other people want LOSE WEIGHT, but you want to gain weight. MEN!

eat foods that have a lot of fat and calories
and dont do much kind of just sit there doing nothing.

another solution i woul turn to
would be
[[fast food dude]]

eat more, but not to the point where you feel full all the time. just gradually increase your meals and exercise. weight as in NUMBERS will increase more if you have more muscle, but considering that' you're 120, you should eat firs tand then work out because you probablyhave hardly any fat right now to build muscle with. good luck!

eat a lot of food that will make u gain weight

join a sports team. swimming may be best because it engages mostly all of your muscles.
eat protein
eat healthy
no junk foods because if you eat too much junk, youll only gain bad weight.
or if you dont want to devote to a team, go running everyday, and try working out with weights.

if you go to a cvs or a pharmacy there are a bunch of drinks that will help you gain weight. also you can eat a peanut butter sandwich morning, afternoon, and night for a while and your suppost to gain weight doing that.

chicken and fish should be eaten more often, or protien bars/shakes combined with a heavier lifting routine and little cardio.

eat more healthy food, especially meat
do more stregnth training
and less cardio

Just to some weights for muscle.
it takes a while to build so do lots.
look up muscle building exercises for certain parts of your body on yahoo or google.

carbs carbs carbs
that will provide u with lots of energy and aid highly in weight gain.
(bread, pasta ect.)

hope this helps!

I know I'm a chick and I'm not supposed to know this stuff but plain and simple, work out, bench press, go running. A little more advise don't stop until your muscles hurt at least a little because when they hurt it means they are being stretched to the limit and your body knows it needs to build bigger and better muscles. The first couple times you do a work out and you take it to the limit its going to take affect for the next couple of days and you might be a little weak in that area so beware. Just remember the more wore out you are the more muscle. One more thing don't do anything stupid to get muscles like take steroids or do something dangerous.

Well a good way to gain some weight without over eating is getting some Whey Protein. Whey Protein can be found at GMC or you could just get it at Wal*Mart. Whey Protein is a powder you add into water to make something like a protein shake, Whey comes in many flavors like Vanilla, French Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Orange, etc...

This also will help you gain more muscle when exercising.

If you're looking to be fit, eating more and exercising less is NOT the answer, though you will gain weight. I hope you know that much! If you're committed to doing this the healthy way, I recommend consulting with a nutritionist who can figure out your ideal caloric intake in order to achieve your weight goals and help you put together an eating plan to promote muscle-building. Websites like TheDailyPlate.com can help you figure out calories, too. Be wary of things like protein shakes--they can contain dangerous ingredients, so read labels carefully if you're considering such supplements.

eat high carbs,protein. bread,pasta,meat,eggs....lift weights 4 times a week.
