Exercise Routines?!


Question: I am trying to bulk up and get cut abs, i do about 500 crunches a day. What are some good exercises (with sets and reps) i can do for ab strength from home? Also, what are some good bulking up exercises?

Your doing way too many crunches! Instead of doing more reps increase the weight so your abs will grow.You can take some wrist weights and hold them above your head and do 4 sets of 10 reps slowly.Let your abs rest so they can heal and grow

500 crunches a day will actually help you get there. Just continue on doing that. You should see a good amount of lean muscle on the belly area in about 6-8 week.s keep up the good work =)

I have no idea.. bet it dont deal with drinkin beer and sittin on you can though.. good luck..

Those are great numbers but it doesn't cut for a whole body exercise and it just isolates one group. When you do push-ups/pull-ups, squats, bear crawls, V-ups they make the entire body in unison and strengthens the whole system. Isolating is good to do to look good but its not healthy for you internally. The body was made to function as a unit not a bunch of things each. When you work the whole body you're building more strength and power internally. When you have strong organs you have a strong functioning body.
