i think it is.
lots of exericse.
strict diet and you are good to go
here are some tips:

if its raining and u cant go for a walk or just want to watch ur fave tv show
jump rope for 30mins during your fav. tv show. have a break during the commercials
if you go for 30mins that equals an hour of walking! (or do it for an 1hr = 2hrs of walking)

have 2 glasses of water 10 mins before you eat and 2 right before you do.
youll eat a lot less!

get plenty of sleep - No sleep means food = fat = flab!!
i dont know why it just does!

exercise in the morning nor do i know why but its better for you AND gets u up and going for the day

do like leg, arm, bum, tummy toning exercises before bed and as soon as you wake up to keep you toned

thats all i can think of right now.
i really hope it helps
and good luck

if you make drastic changes and still no weight loss
see a doctor.

best wishes!

(ill update this)

dont think it would be safe to loose that much so fast

possible but very unhealthy and could be dangerous.

10 pounds a month so about 2-3 pounds a week. you have to create a calorie deficiency of 500 cal to lose a pound a week. a normal woman should have 2000 cal a day, reduce to 1000 and you should lose 2 pounds a week. also, 5 x 30 mins of cardiovascular exercise a week- swimming and running are really good, but as long as you are out of breath, heart rate up and sweating then the body will burn calories.

Look !!!loosing fat in the body is good in one sense but loosing too quick fat can give u lots f problems. The balance between your body mass and bone density can be unbalanced. There can be problem of less sugar levels in your brain. Take it easy and loose it slowely and regularly until you reach on target.

yes, if you have the determination. you can live only on soups/fluids for that period

30 pounds would be a little difficult most likely but if you want to lose weight, focus less on hitting the magic 30 and just go for it. You may be able to lose 20, for example. Hit a treadmill, walk 45 minutes at a good pace, everyday, and do zero junk food, no soft drinks, no sugary drinks at all. Eat small, low calorie, Lean Cuisine type portions and calorie levels. Most people eat three times more than they need to.

Yes. Have you ever heard of fletcherism? It's a sure method of losing weight. The man who invented this diet, Horace Fletcher followed his own rules of dieting for 5 months and lost 60 pounds. Follow these simple directions and you will notice changes.

1. Chew your food to a pulp or milky liquid until it practically swallows itself.
2. Never eat until hungry.
3. Enjoy every bite or morsel, savoring the flavour until it is swallowed.
4. Do not eat when tired, angry, worried, and at mealtime refuse to think or talk about unpleasant subjects.

I know the chewing part is really gross when you think about it or do it but if you have the heart to lose weight , then this is the method you should follow. But I warn you, unless you have health problems because of your weight, then losing that much weight so drastically will affect your health with a negative intent. Good luck.

Since your user name is Cheerleading, I am going to assume you are a teen. I have two teen girls and let me say this. My 15 year old daughter is in High School , she is an honors student she has TONS of friends, is popular enough to please herself and can get just about any boy in school she would want to date her. Guess what? Not only does she NOT have a supermodel body, she is probably a good 20 pounds overweight (as in over what her recommeded weight SHOULD be). Be happy with who you are, you don't have to kill yourself trying to lose weight for ANYBODY, and if you want to lose some weight for yourself, do it by eating healthy. Weight watchers is a great program which teaches nutrition at the same time, and you don't have to buy special food. But you will only lose weight very slowly, a few pounds a month, the healthy way.

Some people are "naturally" overweight, it is in their genetics. If you look around and both your parents are heavy or your aunts, uncles and grandparents, chances are you will be too. Paris Hilton has two skinny parents, So does Nicole Ritchie (who developed an eating disorder on top of this). On the other, take Brooke Hogan, Daughter of Hulk Hogan, the westler. She is nearly 6'0" and weighs in at over 180 pounds as does Lucy Lawless ( Xena, Warrior Princess...5'11", 188 pounds.)

I hope I helped.

don't set a goal like that, you'll be very dissapointed if you don't reach it. and in most instances, loosing that much weight that fast would be very unhealthy. it all depends for different people though, i guess. just eat healthy, cut back on the junkfood and pop.. and loose weight at your own pace.

Of course it is....and you can do that amount in a very healthy way. What I did was get 2 packages. The one for weight loss from www.independentachievement.com It literally saved me from my sugar addiction and got me drinking more water and stopped me from overeating. I actually got it both on cd and download. The other is the home exercise boot camp set of dvds called P90X from www.beachbody.com

yes if you really want to lose your weight.don't worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts and drink fresh juices.for more info visit the below website.

Yes.

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, then exercise:

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

For exercises check out:

They have hundreds of exercise video clips

Also check out the XGen to randomly generate a workout routine. You have to sign up, but it is free.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
