Progression is the key to gaining strength.

It would be helpful if you could state your height next time.


A good way to get tone is lots of reps and low weight. This means 16 reps with low weight. 5 sets. Also, try to eat 5 meals a day. Workout an hour after your last meal to gain maximum results.
