Weight loss and hurry .?!


Question: Im a single mom, so i dont have time for working out, so a couple weeks ago i was watching an Oprah Winfrey rerun ,and Beyonce' said she used this diet to loose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. so i looked up the site and there she was on the front page taking about it, i 've been on it 5 days and i have lost 6lbs so far (with no excercise). so when in doubt you should do what the smart stars do..hope this helps. http://themastercleansesecrets.com

If you need to lose weight, you should focus on being healthy.

First and foremost, don't starve yourself. It will only negatively affect your body and may actually halt the process. Eating 5 meals a day will not only speed up your metabolism, but also leave you feeling pretty full.

For me, I have lost weight this way and it really keeps me happy. I don't like diets where you can only have fruit juice or soup or ridiculously small amounts of vegetables. You have to be realistic and know what is good for your body.

Aside from eating 5 meals a day (breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner), make sure you are active. If you don't like running or speed walking, try the bike or elliptical. Join your local gym and find a kickboxing or pilates class. The variety will keep you going.

Don't eat meals after 7-8pm.

Wheat is the way to go. Wheat bread, wheat pasta, wheat pizza... it is much healthier for you.
