What is your diet and exercise routine like (if at all existant)?!


Question: I'm looking for specifically:

1. Do you consider yourself to be overweight/healthy/just right/underweight/etc.

2. What is your fitness goal/dream/fantasy?

3. What, if at all, are you doing to change or maintain that?

4. What specifically is your diet like (as in your eating habits, whether you are dieting or not)?

5. What is your exercise routine like (once again, if at all existent).

6. Would you consider plastic surgery?

7. As pertains to things other than weight, what would you change about yourself if you could (as in, do you think your feet are too huge, or your ears or knobby knees, etc)?

--Looking over this, it looks like I'm leading up to a sales pitch or something, but I'm not. I just want to see how all this is for others.

2. No Exercise
3. Eat better, and not as much.
4. Mini wheat bagel for breakfast, salad for lunch, what ever I want for dinner ( Just not too much of it)

7. Just my weigh, and so far since I have been eating better I was 300lbs, and now i weigh 245lbs. I have a long way to go, but I'm getting there, and I feel great.

1. I have recently entered the "normal" BMI range
2. My goal is weight 135
3. I work out for an hour daily and watch my calories
4. I eat a lot of Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones and cut back my eating out a LOT
5. About 45 minutes on the treadmill, 5 min. on stair stepper, 10 on the stationary bike and 10 sit ups
6. No surgery, had too many that were necessary to have one voluntarily (breast cancer patient)
7. I wish my breasts were larger and that I still had both of them

1. I am very healthy and look much sexier now that I've been working out everyday.
2. My goal is to have bigger, more defined muscles (more than they are now) everywhere.
3. I'm working out everyday but enjoying my life at the same time. In other words, my fitness and health goals don't take over my life.
4. I eat whatever I feel like, when I feel like because food is a mental stimulant and when people cut out all the foods that make them happy, they get irritable and grouchy. Yeah, not worth it.
5. I do weight resistance training on my Boxflex Ultimate 2 every day and do cardio at least 4x per week.
6. Absolutely not. Those are for fake people. And fake isn't pretty.
7. I would change my teeth. They have lots of spaces and it's the only thing I'm really ashamed to show off.
