What's the best way to strength my arm?!


Question: i really want to gain my strength, specially my arm. because i have pretty good mass proportion overall. but i kinda have weak arms with skinny forarms. how can i make my arms more strong? specially my forearms. and i've worked on my forearms alot but didn't see many good results

For forearms: Wrist curls using barbells and dumbbells if you haven't tried that already. Also reverse grip barbell curls and wrist curls.

For your biceps, since you said you're already doing dumbbell curls, try barbell curls using wide, regular, and close grips. Works the whole muscle. Also don't forget triceps exercises if you aren't doing them already.

Keep up all the good work and healthy diet.Be patient.Even with all the supplements you've been jamming down your throat,it still takes time.Patience is virtue mi amigo.
