How do you motivate your self to run?!

Music helps a lot.
And maybe some inspirational films like 'Rocky' or like going on youtube and watching some work out videos.

But yeah I would say Music

You'll feel better after you run especailly in the cold weather. Think of how good it will make you feel and your whole body. Never know might see some friends

I hate running, but I like being able to say i ran 3 miles yesterday or saying i ran for 30 minutes

anger,happiness,stress any emotion can be channeled.that said i live in Ireland and it is not 30 degrees over here

go with someone else. i went running by myself and only made it 2 miles, when i went with someone i made it 6 miles. Its good if u can listen to music. Also do it til u get to the point where your not even thinking about it.

Well, try running on a treadmill in a gym or just do some other form of cardio during the cold months. I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold, so I exercise indoors.

good ways that help to motivate me are to listen to music and do it with a friend. talking and keeping up the conversation if you can deff makes the time go by faster and it takes more time away from the pain that you might be experiencing. if you have a treadmill at home so you dont have to run in the cold, that is good too, but to get yourself motivated to that the best way is to listen to music or watch t.v. while you are exercising.

Put some rockin tunes on ur iPod or other MP3 player then get ur butt outside and run ur face off
