What is the best stance to do a rep?!

straight back feet slightly apart. Use slow and steady form. Keep the upper arm/elbow/shoulders COMPLETELY still when preforming the curl. If you have to jerk/swing/raise the shoulders/upper arm first in order to get it up, you are using way too much weight.

what exersice are you trying to do?
just dumbbell curls or what??
