Not eating because of..?!


Question: Lately I havent been eating that much.
About a week ago I would take two sandwiches to school, fruit, two bottles of juice and also a snack but this week at school I would have a half a bottle of juice, box of saltanas and about 1 quater of ONE sandwich. My sister thinks I'm in love but I don't really believe in that word, even though I have met this guy lately and realllyyy like him.
I'm not uncomfortable about my weight and I'm not trying to loose any but Ive lost about 2 kilos by doing this, I dont want to loose anymore but I'm just not hungry, plus I dont want to slow down my metabolism because Im sure Ill have to start eating like my old self some time and then thats what makes you put on alot of weight (your metabolism slowing down and then eating alot) but I dont want that either so what do I do!?

yea my metabolism changes a lot i used to never eat anything when i was younger than i started eating a lot and then just a little bit ago i had a low appetite again n now it's about average so it can change a lot

Well first, you shouldn't be eating like your old self or your new self. You should go in the middle. take ONE sanwich, bottled water, juice and maybe a snack. drink a lot of water, it helps speed up your metabolism. Good luck :)
