Is it possible for me to get bigger musclewise?!

Question: I was just wondering if and how I can get bigger.
I'm 20 and I work out 3-4 times a week and I have different routines for each muscle part and also mix up reps and sets but I just don't seem to be getting any bigger. Is it possible for me to get bigger or this is as big as I can grow?

Whatever you do please keep in mind you're limited by the genes you have. Those people you see all bulked up are lucky to have the right type of genes.
Most of us don't so the best thing to do is to make sure you keep in tone instead of overdoing it at the gym and end up getting hurt.

your belly will get bigger over the next 10 years or so, that's all/

Oh yeah you can get bigger. You need to eat alot of food though. Most people to are trying build more muscle dont realize that 80% of getting bigger and stronger is about your diet. I would suggest taking i gram of protein per pound of body weight evey day(this maybe be hard without taking a protein supplument). Try taking in about 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day. This may seem like alot and it is, but the key is to eat throughout the entire day. Along with the diet you need to make sure your working out correctly. To build muscle do sets of 3 to 4 of heavy weight(last set should be 80% of max). Your first set try to get to do 10 reps, then 2 less reps every new set. This should help you out, but im not goin to lie its alot of hard work. Let me know how it works our for you.

well assuming you have a decent workout, then now it should all depend on your diet. if you want to get biggr "musclewise" then you got to workout and eat tons of high protien food. make sure you get over your weight in grams of protien each day (Ex: you weigh 180lbs, get at least 180 grams of protien). You should eat every 2 hours throughout the entire day. and dont worry about gaining a bit of fat when you do this because the fat is necessary to gain muscel. then once you have become stronger (in a few months), you can start running and going on a low fat diet to lose all the fat you gained and all the muscel you built will be visible. good luck. oh and note: this takes time.

In general, moderate weights with high reps build muscle tone. Maximum weight and low reps build muscle bulk. Building tone is healthy. Building bulk can cause joint problems later in life.
