just do like 50 or so crunches each day. If you can't do that many, just go until you start feeling the burn. (That feeling is good in small incriments because it means your tiring your muscles, causing them to get bigger and stronger) You should start seeing results as long as you do them atleast once a day, 5 times a week for a few weeks. Nothing will make it go extremely quickly w.o steroids and ect but trust me, a month or so of workout is a small price to pay for the reward if u know whut i meen =P

in 1 month i got a six pac from skatin 4 miles every day.. dnt know how exactly

you'll need A LOT of crunches and ab work [medicine balls are great]
but if you have fat on top of your abs, all the crunches in the world won't get rid of that. you'll need to ad a ton of cardio to the mix. if you're thin and just want to see the muscles, work more on strength training. crunches, side crunches, scissor exercises. there are a ton you can do.

nah, dont listen to these people. Trust me, lots of people give you aqll these different types of excersices and make it all complicated. I got a six pack in about 2 weeks. Now, it wasnt a full on six pack but you could see them if i flexed them. Now, when i got this six pack, there was only 2 excersices i did.

The 1st one was this machine where i sat down and there was a bar type thing at chest level. I would then put the amount of weight i could barely 30 times. Then, you would have to push it down and you would contract ur abs. i did 3-4 sets of these every day.

The 2nd one i did was the one where you hold yourself up by your forarms and your squeezing the handle with your hands while your feet are hanging. Then you simply keep your feet straight and lift them up till your stomach and legs for a 90 degree angle.

The 1st excersices works your upper abdominal while the 2nd excersice works your lower abdominals.

Just dont over eat on calories carbs and fat and you will see results soon. To get a full on six pack it will take you 2 months. It will be tought, but hard.

Do this 5 times a week. I did it 6-7 though.

I have lots of spare time.

Oh yea, and if your lifting weights make sure you do your abs after you lift and before you run.

Good luck
