Losing weight fast and healthily?!


Question: Ok, so summer is approaching in 4/5 months, and I would like to start now to slim down. I do eat healthily, but im having real trouble staying off sweets! And I do exercise too, I walk a lot! And then theres P.E. in school too! =]
Is there anything else I can do? I'm 13. And I would like to lose it fast, and HEALTHILY xD I'm not using those tummy toner things or starving myself!

Also another question, any tips on being a bit more girly? I dont want to go over the top though. Im known as an emo and I would like to change (For MYSELF) a little bit.

For a good sweet fix try Quaker rice cakes in caramel corn. Do some crunches before you get out of bed in the morning. It will get you moving and tone your abs. Drink water and cut out soda, this will cut useless calories and fat, and make you healthier all around.

For being girly, stand taller with better posture, get you hair out of your face, and use some pink nail polish and/or lip gloss. Very subtle things you can do to just look a little happier and less emo. Put on a smile, because you are alive, life is great, right? Good luck!!

walking isn't the only exercises you do. You do a few push ups and sit ups a day. In 1-2months if you keep doing plenty of exercises then you will be slimmer

You should drink a glass of natural orange juice only... in the morning


It's great!!! do it and you'll see.
