What can i have for breakfast?!


Question: is this healthy?
a piece of toast with jelly on it with a banana? and some milk?
its low fat milk by the way.

i'm going to the movies later on today (at 12:30)
and i know i am going to eat some of their fatty popcorn.
its sooo good though. but i dont drink soda. and i ahvent had popcorn since early january and it was from home so i think im fine. but what i am most likely going to have for breakfast.. is that healthy?and ny the way im going to eat this at 10. not at 12:33 in the morning. im on here cause i just fished editing m myspace profile thingie and thought i should ask this question.

I think it's great that you eat breakfast at all. Most young ppl don't.

Whole wheat toast with all natural jam(Polaner All Fruit) would be better. Any fruit is good. Milk fine.

Best: whole grain, high fiber cereal.

Skip the extra butter on the pop corn.

Include some veggies into your day, some protein, fruit,
try tuna wraps
or fruit salad (mixed fresh fruits-)
cheese and whole wheat crackers with carrot and celery sticks , or tossed garden salad with whole wheat bread slice

chicken, lean meats, fish
exercise(walk or ride your bike)
eat healthy and live life, dont obsess about your weight

Mexican Cheese Toast

1 slice of wheat bread
1 oz of cheddar cheese
sprinkle with chili powder

Toast in the oven....take out when cheese is melting & it's turning golden brown.

Eat this with a piece of fruit and a have a cup of coffee/tea.

This toast is low in calories....But only if you allow yourself one.....

Make sure the toast is wholegrain and peanut butter would be a much better choice than jelly.

Butter laden popcorn is a bad choice. Either skip the butter or take your own bag of nuts if it's the crunch you like :)
