Flatter stomach... any ideas?!


Question: i am going to florida on april 2, im not trying to have a 6 pack or anything. i am already pretty skinny i just want "tone" i am 14 and weigh about 100 lbs. i dont have any equipment except for a treadmill. are my expectations too high? i have been searching for ideas on the internet but nothing seems to be right. do crunches actually work? how many should i do aday? i heard pilates work very good. are there better movies than others? the more info the better. thanks sooo much :]

crunches work if you do not have a lot of fat on your stomach. i do around 100 a day, but i worked up to that. start out with 20 one week, and do 30 the next, etc. if you have fat you want to get rid of, just try eating more healthy.

Run. Not jogging, but sprinting will give you the quickest six-pack. Run intervals.

I would suggest crunches and push ups

dont eat fat food , jog alot

do a lot of crunches( about 35, every 2 minutes)

Try the DVD 10 minute solution - blast belly fat - it does cardio, pilates, crunches...you'll think the chick is psycho at first, the things she wants you to do, but it gets easier (I promise), and it's a great workout

crunches work i do them for a half hour daily but i dont do them on the weekends unfortunalty it takes a while to get results but it does make your stomach flatter

this is what I did and it worked. I layed on the floor on my stomach and I would lift my legs up as far as I could. I had a flat stomach for a very long time.

if you have comcast you can try on demand they have some free work-out videos under the excercise or fitness category...they have like yoga and pilates or even dance workouts.

this website offers you some workout ideas with a medicine ball...i bought a cheap medicine ball at a FIVE-BELOW store for 5 bucks. if theres not a FIVE-BELOW near you, im sure you can find one for about 20 bucks at a modells store or sporting store.

Crunches do work. I love pilates (I do the windsor pilates) but the absolute best ab workout ever is on the New York City Ballet Workout DVD. Omg. Love that whole DVD but the ab workout is amazing.
