A good exercise to tighten that problem is a vacuum along with others ab exercises like hanging knee ups,v-up and v-holds l-sits and planks. High trension exercises.Look up technique on crossfit or other sites. The vacuum will do a great deal towards getting rid of that.Vacuum every day and strive to 3 sets of 1 minute each. Increase time per set over time.Bets on empty stimach in teh morning.Looking up this exercise may lead you to Combat Abs by Matt Furey, big waste of money. It says to vacuum and do isometric ab contractions every mornign which is good advice but not worth the price. Also it has v-ups and stuff. If you spend money on a fitness book at all get Ross Enamaits books "infinite Intensity" and "Never Gymless" Lokk up Ross's workouts on Youtube.

no this happens to people. if you have a four or six pack, your stomach probably looks big because your ab muscles are big. You will probably notice that if you eat right before you go to sleep your stomach will be bigger in the morning than when you dont, probably just because you have food in your system still

It could be baby fat.

To get rid of it, do exercises that work on the lower abs region. Its the hardest part of the body to maintain so you'll have to work hard at it. Do stomach crunches and stay away from beer or fatty food because the first place it will settle is on your tummy.

Hope this helps.
