How do i stop this?!


Question: Hey there, so lately, i've been noticing i've been eating a lot when i'm not hungry or craving, how do i stop this? i can be full as can be, and still eat, i think it's because i like to ahve something to do with my hands, i've tried the whole water thing, doesn't hlep, any advice?

Have you tried eating ice?
Its too cold for my teeth but my mom, sister, and brother do it and it good for everything. You get water, and it's like your eating.

then you are not satisfying what your body needs to function.

try eating more protein and healthy fruits and vegetables. processed foods, sodas, sugars, caffeine etc. do nothing to nourish the body so it will keep asking for foods until you give it what it needs.

Whenever you wanna eat something and your not hungry or craving, Chew a piece of fat free bubble gum.. It worked for me!!

Add more fiber to your diet, and have healthy snacks available. For example, if you get hungry, eat a small handful of almonds, drink plenty of water. Find hobbies, and they say that if you are sitting in front of a tv, it's just habit that people will look for something to eat, keep your mind occupied.

lots of people eat eat when they are bored my friend eats ALL the time when she s bored but shes SUPER skinny....
