What the hell should I eat?!


Question: Fruits & veggies=minimum because they're fibrous and make me bloated. I've tried adjusting slowly but right now Im VERY bloated & even a little extra fiber makes me expand

chips, sweets, junk food=fattening so thats outta the question.

carby foods=intolerance to gluten.

dairy=causes stomach irritability

meats=i can only eat so much of this! I don't even like meat. Plus the whole e coli, mad cow and cloned animals=gross.

I feel like there's nothing left to friggin eat! =[ Esp. when I'm trying to diet.

If you're going to eat healthy, you need balance as well as clean foods (unprocessed and without chemicals.) Try sea food with veggies. Don't cook your veggies because this can cause oils in them to become hydrolyzed. Hydrolyzed oils are poisonous. Avoid roasted nuts. Try looking at http://www.mercola.com
Oh and give up all artificial and processed sweeteners. These are really poisonous. If you need to, email me. My wife has a great detox diet that takes off weight and gives you energy.

It looks like corn products are up your ally. Try corn tortillas with COOKED veggies and beans (reduced the bloat-causing chemicals).

go to your local health food store, tell them what you told me in the question. they will surely help you find what your looking for
