If i eat 1000 calories a day, how many calories should i burn on a cardio machin!


Question: im 14 years old, 4'10'', and around 115-120 lbs.

sorry i keep posting these types of questions i just need to know!!!

right now im burning 1000 on the treadmil/eliptical and eating 1000 but everyone is saying thats bad so i need to know the answer to my question!

First off, you NEED to eat more, up your calories to AT LEAST 1200. If you do that, you'll need to burn 700 calorie on 6 days of the week.

Note, though, that you are already at a healthy weight for your height, and you would be better off losing only 1 lb. per week, so eat 1300 calories and work out to burn 350 calories 4 days a week.

eat 1200-1600 a day and get your heart rate up for 30-60 minutes a day 5 days a week.

make sure those calories are healthy calories too.

You had better up your calaries to 1200 per day. Then start a weight workout program. There are some good ones for women on the women tab at http://bodybuildingmuscleshaping.com
