Did I go overboard on my Cheat Day?!


Question: I'm a 140 lbs. 21 yr old male For breakfast today I had 1 cup of cereal (light soy milk, sugarless fiber cereal), 3 small pieces of homemade baked fish, 2 servings of grapes, 1 dill pickle, and 3 apples. Was this too much?

No, and are you a shorter statured male? Why are you trying to lose weight when you're only 140?

That doesn't look like a cheat day at all, actually. And remember, a cheat day is supposed to be a little mindless. Give yourself some wiggle room, have mashed potatoes once a week... and eat your veggies!

That was less than what a normal day should be.
