People with six-packs(only answer if you have one)?!


Question: how did you get yours? i have one but it isnt defined enough so im just wondering what different activities have the results of a six-pack, i currently dont "work out" im just really active and do a ton of sports

Running before ab exercise will give you the best result because when u run your abs stabilizes you. Get on a decline bench and have someone throw you a medicine ball while u go down and get up halfway and do about 4 twist and then throw it back and repeat this will kill your abs.

Lots of different types of abdominal exercises every other day, protein and cutting out junk food.

400 sit up per day

im 14 and i have six-pack
im a competitve cheerleader on two teams + i have a privat for tumbling once a week and i got to open cheer sessions. im at my cheer gym about 5 days a week so thats how i probabbly got mine.

oh i also do lacrosse

I have a genetic disorder that makes me naturally thin - that same disorder gives me really lousy joints, so I have to do lots of yoga if I dont want to "lock up"....
Yoga and fitness balls get my vote.....guys go nuts over my stomach - and its one of the few perks of having to do excercise to keep joint deterioration in check
I also like belly dancing - its really tough, but fun

300 situps daily.
100 morning, 100 after school, 100 before bed.
And I run several miles daily.
And I have a very "bare bones" diet, but I really like it.

i agree with freshbliss, I forgot to mention the 3 times weekly yoga. Yoga is AMAZING for your core.

I had a six pack of Warsteiner, but I drank two. (Since I'm breastfeeding, it's not often I have a whole glass of wine or a whole bottle of beer.When I do, I go by the two hour guideline. I only say this to avoid people who might want to try and criticize me.)

As for my flat tummy, I don't know. I eat what I want when I want and considering my daughter is five months old, I suppose that's pretty good. I do weigh three pounds less than what I did before the pregnancy, yet I eat what I want when I want. Go figure.

I have 1 cause my job requires physical labor and the lightest thing i lift is 50Lbs

you have to be active enough to create abs and most importantly it is what you eat. anyone can have a 6 pac but if their diet is poor, then a layer of flab covers your abs..thus...it is easier to see on a naturall skinny person who isnt athletic

Bellydancing. You get killer hips too.

Don't have a six pack, (it's about a two, lol) but I'm getting there. I thought that qualified me to answer.

Healthy diet and I do a variety of ab exercises to work various areas of the abs. I also focus on my core daily in addition to my ab exercises. Planking is a good one for example. That's all I do and I have great abs.
