What is the best way to improve my energy level all day?!

Get plenty of sleep, keep your blood sugar level even by eating small, frequent meals that are healthy and not full of sugar and/or carbs. And stay away from caffeine. And don't forget a little exercise every day, like a nice long walk.

The best way is to get more sleep, and to eat better.

For me the best way to prevent sluggishness is to walk on my treadmill 20 minutes a day. Or walk anywhere if you dont have one. Walk at a brisk pace for best results. If you are overweight any, lose some weight, you will feel a lot better.

Have a good breakfast, like oatmeal with table spoon of flax meal in it. Do aerobic exercise for half hour to 45 minutes and do some push ups or other strenuous exercise for 10 minutes.
Avoid soft drinks and other sugar containing foods. Have small healthy snacks like an apple or banana. Have a low fat dinner.
You will have loads of energy.
